UCC YOUTH PROJECT
HOME
We conduct workshops of interest to our children and families during the year. We provide short-term crisis intervention counseling and information and referral to anyone who calls or walks in.

All of the above programs require registration and most require that registration be completed by a parent or legal guardian.  Enrollment in most programs is limited by space and number of staff.  Please register early, prior to the start of the individual program's season.  Services are provided to Uniondale School District Residents Only

Our programs are funded by Nassau County Youth Board, New York State Office of Children and Family Services, a Justice Assistance Grant, The U.S. Dept. of Justice (Weed and Seed), The Town of Hempstead, The U.S. Dept of Education Safe Schools/Healthy Students grant thru our school district and our own fund-raising events.  We are also a partner in the NYS Dept. of Health Uniondale CBAPP (Community Based Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention) program.

If you have a skill or talent you would be willing to volunteer to share with our youngsters, please call us at 538-9487 or send an e-mail below.
